I always tell my college students in class that a diet is the kinds of food that a person or community habitually eats, but I prefer to call it an eating plan, because who likes the word diet?!
With experience in elimination diets, food allergies & sensitivities, and prenatal & early childhood nutrition combined with knowledge of the latest evidence based research & practices I can develop a strategy for you to optimize your health through nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Nutrition counseling sessions look like an initial 1.5 hour session & a 30 minute follow up, with additional sessions as requested.
I have spent over a decade working with groups like community organizations, schools, & early childhood centers, and University students.
Services include presentations, workshops, lectures, and menu consultation in addition to planning & evaluation of nutrition & health focused programming.
